trying to make the effort, my head really isn't in the game. Not happy with how my clothes are fitting and I know I will feel so much better if I drop some weight. Going to try to force myself at least to do a little.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
