Bad day...did my usual approx. 1 hr on the treadmill, and did OK on breakfast and lunch, but for supper I had risotto, crostinis, wine, chocolate cake.....
209.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
