I dont know whats wrong with me but I always fall backwards on Friday night and all day Saturday. Its like Im trying to make up for what I didnt eat during the week. Im trying my best to stay motivated this weekend so I can have a good number on the scale.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Surround yourself with healthy food! I try to keep prewashed lettuce and plenty of cut-up veggies to snack on! The junk food I buy would take me longer to prepare.. so I get impatient and eat the quick stuff!
