This weekend has not been good. Friday was going to be my day off (i am allowing myself one a week), so i did really bad friday trying to enjoy my day off..went yardsaleing and shopping all day, so i walked around 6 hours. So, it wasn't to bad for my day-off. But then sturday we went out of town shopping again, so i had another bad day. And then sunday was pot luck after church, so i had yet another bad day...3 in a row!!! So, needless to say i've gained 3 more pounds, totaling 5 for this week :(
But today is a new day, a new week...and I am BACK ON TRACK! Plan to exercise later, prob. won't go walking tonight, because it is supposed to rain. But I am going to do my bender ball..and have a lot of cleaning to do at home tonight, so I will get some exercise.
