Today is NOT my day! It's been miserable. And I aimed to do at least 20 minutes of exercise today, but right when I was about to start my strength stuff on the Wii, after my weight check, the batteries on the board AND controller died. Bah! So I did 12 minutes on the stationary bike at least. And my weight didn't go up at all, which is a good thing. Happy Valentine's Day everyone (I have chocolate covered strawberries waiting for me)!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
