After vacation, I was completely off track. I know I was eating poorly, but I was also not keeping track. I told myself I would get back on track as of today. It is very important to work on losing more weight and staying on task.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
