P90X Legs, back and abs. Losing inches but not weight. I am really looking at my diet. Brought Twinlab whey protien . Also took the P90 X vitamins. Feeling Great!!!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
