comecei semana passada com peso 81kg
com reeducação e treino consegui essa semana perder 2,700kg isto me motivou ainda mais a continuar😊🥳
172.6 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
