Had a oops the last few days but back to it today and i am going to try cutting the coffee with milk and sugar onto green tea instead
133.6 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

we all slip, I've cut sugar completely and it has made a massive difference, try getting some vanilla chai tea from PnP it tastes great, I've also switched to clover numel for my tea and coffee, it has a much lower fat content provided that it's not overused, I use about 1L per week, if that's not your fancy then low fat or fat free is also good, sugar is the biggest culprit, I used to have between 12-17 cups of coffee a day with 3 sugar and 2 Cremora in each , now I drink one cup of coffee a day with numel and then one or two cups of vanilla chai tea. keep going you'll get there
