Today was the first day this month that I actually went completely off plan. It was annoying actually, because I stayed over at a friend's place, and she said "I'll make breakfast in the morning!" I told her then, I can't eat eggs (sensitivity) and I am not eating refined carbs. She says "we'll find you something". Then morning came, and the breakfast was ham (thin little slices, only enough for everyone to have two), eggs, toast, hashbrowns, croissants, fruit. Nothing that I can eat except the ham. But this woman isn't someone you can just say "no thanks" to... without totally insulting her. So I just took a tiny bit of what she made, and ate it. Entered it all, and it was like 75 net carbs!!! ugh. And now I just want to eat eat eat!!! Ate banana bread after dinner. Getting solidly back on track tomorrow. I am having a very hard time getting into ketosis lately.
222.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
