Refeed weight gain, I’m not worried. Today I have some yard work to do and some bags of dirt to buy. My goals today are to stay hydrated, remember to eat, and try to hit my protein goal.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
