Weigh in after a couple of cups of coffee.

Earlier - no shoe (burrrr) weigh in w/numbers

Weight: 165.2
Fat %: 38.2
Muscle %: 30.9
Water %: 38.1

Shouldn't they tally up to 100% instead of 107.2? Maybe I miss read it.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
