Up just a little this morning, but not too bad. Woke up late and missed my opportunity to get Yoga X in before work. Just going to have to make it up after work, no biggie.

Glad it's recovery week, though I know it's not easy, it'll be a nice change of pace.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
