Gaining again. Need to get back on track, especially with the alcohol intake and consistent exercise.

Good morning Annagail. I saw your journal post and wanted to say I agree with you. I love my red wine on a Saturday night while watching a movie. I also used to have a glass to help me sleep at night. But alcohol does have calories and my judgement on eating fails me when I drink alcohol. SO I cut it out of my life right now. Not for ever. There is still the Christmas present bottle of red wine in the wine rack in my kitchen but I will not open it till I've reached my first goal of 25 pounds. Maybe not even then. We will see.
Anyways, I thought I'd share with you to help you in your goal. Good luck! and have a great Valentine's Day!
