Not bad considering I ate half a thin crust Margherita pizza last night! Perhaps the fasting offset it? (But it won't offset the rush of carbs!)
197.7 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
