I woke up very puffy and thirsty. And I did not have too much salt yesterday. I did drink a lot lot of water yesterday. I read somewhere that too much water can cause retention too! You just can't win. :)

Deep breathing - 15 mins
Stretching - 15 mins
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
