I can’t go to the gym now 🏋️‍♀️ I am having skin rashes, first time in my life😩, so I am going to doctor next week... but they said it’s ok, after seeing my pictures I sent them online, just need to double check up live later. I guess, gym doesn’t want me to be there neither 😬 my body is getting toned, but with this stupid rashes I am like cow with pink prints🐄 pink cow 🐮

Yeah, I do home exercises) there is YouTube blogger - growingAnnanas, she has 28 day hiit hard challenge, I am in love with her workouts 🥰 on my day 13, only half through , if you’re interested, you can join💪 we talked about weights before, so started to do with resistance bands, mostly I am lazy with weights. I just read that weight lifting can lead Prolapsed Uterus, is it true? Or only if I lift like 20kg weight it may happen

Growingbananas? I have to have a look at it 🤣 To be honest... I Can’t do hiit only because I can’t perform most exercises due to a knee injury. And if I can’t give 100% I prefer to find an alternative. What the uterus? Mine must be falling apart soon 😂😂😂 You would be impressed the amount of things you can do and don’t need to lift or squat heavy. My workouts are 4 rounds of 15reps each exercise. I don’t go crazy with weight. You don’t have to lift heavy, but right.

Ananas not bananas you must be seeing things, Paula ... I have weights too but don't go more than 10kg (I'm weak 🤣) .... Don't think that could do damage especially I carried extra weight almost that amount so no worries.

For my afternoon workout today I will be using: 1 medium resistance glute band, a pair of 1kg or 2kg ankle weights, a pair of 2.5kg dumbbells, a barbell with 3.5kg each side maybe and a kettlebell. Preserving my uterus from now on 😂

I have a kettle bell of 8kg, a small sand disk of 2kg and a bag of 10kg not all time I do so I alternate between them but most my weight is my 🍑🤣🤣🤣.. you know how it is that 🍐 body troubles and annoyances 😂😂😂 I also forgot my cat 3-4kg 🤣 that occasionally jumps on my stomach

I wanted to do deadlifts with 15 kg. But I am thinking about, never tried 😂 maybe I just can’t lift so much weight 😆
