Been fasting till 12:00
Yesterday
Lunch: had peanut pita and cocoa from lunch.
Supper: stirfry veggies and sweet potato crisps and hot chocolate.
132.9 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
