Argh!
WHY am I *stuck* here?
Up and down a pound or two for a week! 😡
246.3 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's hard to weigh in everyday...well at least for me. I would drive myself crazy and perhaps give up. I weigh in every 3 days and I find that frustrating.
