Today is a good workout day since I missed yesterday I needed to pump it up and add more minutes than just 30. Usually 30min is too little sometimes so I got to step it up and I feel better plus had fun! I should do more at least 60 min but I will take it day by day :)
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
