Making progress. I've been hungry though, so I need to be careful about taking in enough protein and including necessary fat. Also, need to add exercise in some way.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
