All I want to do is eat. I am trying but, the further I slip the more I give Up. I am still doing Cardio Boot Camp for excercise but I just don't know. I am going to get out my book and follow phase one meal plan to a tee and see if it kick starts me.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

I think I have found that I have to quit making excuses. I keep saying all i need is someone to make me a meal plan or do this or that. I am the only one that can do this for me. Oprah and Bob Green said one day that if you say you are going to start on Monday, then you are kidding yourself. I woke up this morning and looked at my stomach and said, " Oh my god is that me" ha ha. I have to do it.I can't get into last summers clothes.

You are exactly right. Your diet doesn't start monday or tomorrow morning, it starts the minute you decide you want to lose the weight. I have read in many journals that a HUGE problem for women dieting is that if they slip slightly they feel like they might as well completely mudslide off of their diet. So for most women, one little cheat means the end of the world and they give up on themselves. You have to remember, ALL of us have cheated on our diets at one time or another. Don't let your slipping be an excuse to slip further, let it be motivation to get back on track.
