Am surprised as i ate a burger with pita bread with collagen cocoa.
Then had half pita with peanut butter.
Weight stay the same 🧐🧐
Ate close to 1000 calories
131.8 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1000cals is low, so you shouldn’t gain unless your metabolism is messed up.
