weighed this morning ...was feeling like I hadn't lost anything. ..2 bottles of port this week !! blew my calories out the roof !!
I made soup this week butternut squash and carrot.
Only had my low cal bread apart from a blip with the Tiger earlier in the week.
I have been drinking lost of water too especially at school ..also making sure I have 2 big glasses before I go out the door to school.
Must admit I have found it hard a couple of times to get my back side into gear and log things down ...this is were I tend to get into the should i say SAFE MODE !!feeling positive though
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
