Whoo hoo a little whoosh im doing a happy dance this morning hopefully this isnt just a temporary fluke and its back up tomorrow but im logging it anyways
131.2 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
