☹️ I need to pick up a bit of weight now and I'm trying really hard. I just don't understand
137.1 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Add more starchy vegetables to your diet and more protein. Including rice. You will pick up weight easier. Wish I had your problem 😂
