I have a bad... bad cold and have taken cold medicine and vitamin C gummies. I think the sugar has thrown me off a little.
I also went on a date to dinner and don't know the exact portion sizes.
173.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is one bad thing about counting calories. It's hard when you eat out or eat at other people's houses.
