Day 3 - yoga. Still not a fan. As far as I'm concerned, not worth getting up at 5 am for. Will keep at it though since I know it is good for flexibility. Weight is up a little but even though it is tedious I will weigh every day. As long as I am true to my diet, little blips won't bother me (I hope). 87 days to go!
