Now a little bulk 6 weeks change up in programming and require the energy source.
Back to 2100 a day.
Radio three times a week only fitting in with my other activities throughout the week 😀💪🏼
142.2 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
