Nice!! Wait for it...wait for it. Might bounce back a little. Didn't eat much the second half of the day. Wasn't a normal day for me.

Did get some workouts in...
T25 – Speed 1.0 (Great)
C2-10K Week 2 Day 1 (Great)
Back/Bicep (Ok, shoulder is sore).

Feeling good.
238.6 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
