I'm devastated but I'm more strong than this.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes we fall but the most important thing is getting back up. learn your triggers and come back swinging. I think every week I restart but I learn something new to try and to avoid each time 💪🏾💪🏾
