I am definitely trending in the wrong direction here! I think I know what the problem is, though. Hot weather makes me thirsty but my mind is telling me eat, because it doesn't know the difference between thirst and hunger.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
