It's a start.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1240 kcal Fat: 62.73g | Prot: 42.09g | Carb: 129.09g.   Breakfast: Rose Canadian Bacon, Franz Original English Muffins, Sargento Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, Egg White, Butter (Salted). Lunch: Chop't Red Onion, Regina Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, Dole Spring Mix Salad, DaVinci Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Feta Cheese, Walnuts. Dinner: Chiquita Banana, Chobani Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice, Strawberries, Mangos, Sugar. Snacks/Other: Taffy. more...
