Stayed the same again today. I thought I would be down, because I took great care to drink all my water yesterday, and kept all my numbers where they should be. Oh well, it will go down eventually.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
