Although the weigh-in was 2 hours early, I'm still disappointed in this number. Should have been lower. Doing good though. Tomorrow is another day. We'll see where a full day of workouts gets me.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
