I so don't get it. I worked out for 2 hours, 1 hour of hip hop abs, 1/2 hour of yoga, and 1/2 hour of walking! And I'm still not losing weight as fast as I should be! Oh well, every little bit helps get me to my goal. I just need to keep it up and keep going! I will get there. I just have to keep telling myself that!
