Did Legs and Back this morning and man am I beat. I feel good, because I'm pushing myself, but I'm definitely looking forward to recovery week, even though I hear it's no cakewalk either.
I feel like I didn't follow the phase 1 diet close enough and I'm paying for it. I don't feel like I've really lost any fat, though I'm sure I have.
Really pushed on Ab Ripper X again this morning, did the first half at 100%, but started running out of juice again. Still managed all 50 Mason Twists again, which is nice.
Looking forward to Kenpo tomorrow.
