It was a pretty good week. I didn't enter every food I ate, but I exercised regularly. This week I lost 2.6 pounds which is just giving me the motivation to keep going!
271.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
