lots of eating right walking/jogging 1.5 or 3 miles avg 4 days a week. 20 minutes in the morning and sometimes 20 at night.
eating lean protein with green veggies and brown rice. fruit snack between meals.
152.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
