It's very clear to me the relationship between losing weight (those last few tricky pounds) and what I put into my body. Lesson of the week: one night of drinking can damage a decent week of healthy calorie intake, and damage my morale and enthusiasm for the whole endeavor. I will continue to stay in a healthy range, and I will keep drinking water, and limit my alcohol intake. I will also make sure I continue to exercise a minimum of 3 days a week. At least I do that well.
