Even Superman had a weakness. I've found that the weekends are my Kryptonite. Hanging out with friends and just enjoying my time with them makes it feel natural to slip into old habits. But, I've found that after a week of eating well, when I did slip and have fast food I felt almost sick after. I felt like it sat in my stomach like a rock and I could just imagine the grease blocking arteries and such. So it wasn't as pleasurable as it used to be.

So, after a weekend of being "bad" I weighed myself this morning and found I'm still at 405. At least no change is better than change in the WRONG direction. I'll take that "break even" and the lessons learned and pick myself up for this week. Today is the 20th *HAPPY MLK DAY!* so I've got 10 days to drop 5 pounds and get OUT of the 400s. Totally do-able. I will focus on that as my short-term goal.

405.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 205.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
