I was just looking back over my weight lose. Last year, Jan 20, 2013--I weighed 295lbs. This year I am at 187.6lbs. What a difference a year and Gastric Sleeve surgery has made. I walk at least 2 miles a day and exercise 3x a week on top of my walking.
