wow, i think i lost two pounds this week! hopefully i can keep up this momentum. just have to keep making wise food choices, i dont have anything coming up that should be too tempting for me like holidays or birthdays, so hopefully i can have a straightforward week!
178.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
