I ate an unusually healthy diet yesterday. I may have lost 1 pound, but I will only sustain this trend if I continue to eat salads, soup, veggies rice, oatmeal--all this good stuff.
And, hey, we got the new treadmill, so I am about to jump on that thing...one day at a time, making good choices will move one step closer toward being the energetic, confident, healthy woman I imagine myself to be.
