Sweated out some salt in the Jacuzzi last night, so this morning's weight is probably artificially low. I will not be upset if it pops up tomorrow. However, after an excellent week, I'm very proud of my progress. Yay!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
