I took a RPM class at the Y today. I have not done that in a long time.. I really don't know hte miles... but i know it must be atleast 4 miles..... Lost 1 pound... still doing SB! MY husband is such a dear he went and did the shopping for all my food stuff so I stay on track! Nothing like the support of a good man!!!
