My internet wasn't working last night so I couldn't finish logging all my food for the day. I could go back and finish it...maybe I will, but it was mostly a whole bunch of little things that will take a while, so maybe not too. :)

I am fluctuating between 180.5 and 182, I want to see a drop sometime...preferably soon ;)

I decided to drop the water thing. I don't want to have to try to remember every time I take a drink and guess how much it is.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
