終於看到那個50的字了🤣
台灣真的是美食天堂,也是減重的阻礙啊😝😝😝
原本預計的減重時間計劃已經延遲3個月還沒有達標😅
112.0 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
