Finally dropped past the number I always get stuck at ~ was stuck there for a couple of days this time again ~ now I am really motivated! Next goal is to get below 210!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
