Eating only 100 gms rice for 2 session 50 gm and lunch and 50gm in Dinner.And 2 Apples in evening and vegetable.Also having 3 roti and omletter at lunch along with rice 50gms and vegetables. and Milk (complan). And having a tremendous cycle ride nearly 75 Mins .That why 64.7 kgs.
